Every year, Boston Children's Hospital treats more than 500 patients, from infants to adults, with craniofacial anomalies. These deformities in the growth of the head and facial bones can be present at birth or may occur later in life, often through trauma or disease.Because craniofacial anomalies encompass a diverse group of conditions, we use a multidisciplinary approach to match your child's individual symptoms and circumstances with the right treatment.
